well in this case at the very least the "duplicated assets" should be seized untill the investigation is complete. then dealt with appropriately

Only way to bring this huge problematic issue to CCP is to give it public attention. I could be a ***** as many were before who experienced the same spawning of dead caps, and not to risk possible losing all the caps and supercaps we found. Now with people from both sides massively petition this ****up, also lot of them canceling accounts, CSM will maybe get a proper answer on the issue of TQ being crap, during Iceland summit. Most of you guys who said we would most likely get "Yes, we are working on it" response from CCP are right. But I dare CCP to ignore their massive failures with Dominion and Tyrannis and making 0.0 completely unplayable, after all this attention.
I hope for the sake of all of us, that CCP will reevaluate their politics of dumping unfinished and buggy expansion and focus on fixing all the content they pumped into EVE for all this years. Sadly, despite me being optimistic, as long as their subscriber numbers are raising, they probably wont, but I cant sit and do nothing, while all of us are loosing nerves and time cause game is unplayable.
I am sorry for all the nontrolls and nonsmackers who went emo because of this. Sadly we are all suffering from this, sometimes one side, sometimes other side, and sometimes both sides, but as long we are swallowing current condition of the servers CCP will not prioritize fixing it.
